Lisa Grefe is the first real estate broker in Western North Carolina to earn the FORCE designation. This was accomplished through extensive education and the accomplishments of the past 3 years of the work done at NC Mountain Realty Group in Asheville.

ASHEVILLE – The Five Star Institute Federation of REO Certified Experts, or FORCE, announces that Lisa Grefe is recognized as a full-fledged member.

Grefe has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. She founded N.C. Mountain Realty Group in 2005, and it is focused on the Real Estate Owned, or REO, marketplace and serving bank clients. Her business model was built upon sound business practices, a professional support team and the latest technology for internal operations and marketing. All requirements by her bank clients are met and targets are exceeded.

Marketing plans are created for each property, and reports are generated for her clients. This results in selling REO properties in the shortest amount of time for the highest possible price.
