Morgan Stanley offers Jumbo Financing | NC Mountain Realty Group

We recently heard of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney’s Jumbo Mortgage program.  They offer 15 and 30 Year Fixed Rate Jumbo Mortgages with loan amounts up to $5 million. Morgan Stanley Smith Barney also offers Jumbo 3, 5 and 7 Fixed-to-Adjustable Loans and variable one-month LIBOR ARM’s. These are offered through Morgan Stanley Credit Corp. and do not require an investment account relationship at MSSB.     However, for those that do have an account relationship with MSSB or establish a new one, they now offer relationship pricing on the Jumbo mortgages which decreases the rate by 1/8% to 5/8%, and provides a credit of $1,000 off fees, depending on the level of the investment account balance.
